Ported test_support_material from upstream Slic3r.

Browse Source 
Reworked the FFF testing framework & ConfigBase::set_deserialize()
for more compact tests: set_deserialize() now accepts list
of key / value pairs.

Fixed an incorrect assert in LayerRegion.
